Identified

On further investigation team identified this issue is leading to high networking latency in Control Plane due to underlying AWS issues. We are expecting all the Data Plane services to be running as expected.

Investigating

AWS is experiencing connectivity issues in us-west-2 and us-east-1. As a result, Confluent Cloud UI, CLI and API may be degraded. We are investigating the full impact of these connectivity issues on our services and will update once we’ve confirmed them. AWS is working on mitigating the incident.
