Due to a regression in a software update around November 8th 2023 17:10 UTC, the subset of customers who are onboarded to the group mapping closed preview feature might be experiencing single sign-on (SSO) authentication failures when trying to access the Confluent Cloud with their user account. The issue has been identified and the update is being reverted.
