This is a retroactive update for outage we experienced in europe-west1 while performing maintenance. During this time a subset of partitions would have been unavailable for reads and write on Standard and Basic Kafka clusters. Outage began at March 2nd 3:38PM CST and it has been resolved as of March 3rd 3:39 PM CST.
