We have recovered most of the affected clusters, and are working to resolve the final set of issues.

Investigating

Due to the ongoing issues with AWS us-east1 (AZ USE1-AZ4), few of our clusters running in this region/AZ are experiencing degraded performance. We are looking into the affected clusters and will work on restoring those clusters.
