We have fixed the issue, and now customers should not see delays in their new cluster provisioning requests. As of 2023-07-04 21:30 UTC customers should see normal operations with Confluent systems.

We have fixed the issue, and now customers should not see delays in their new cluster provisioning requests. We believe we should have the problem mitigated for previous delayed cluster provisioning requests by 2023-07-04 21:30 UTC and we are monitoring the results.

We are experiencing delays in new cluster provisioning in all regions. Existing clusters are not impacted and should be functional. The problem started at 2023-07-03 10:30:00 UTC. We are currently investigating, and will update as we know more.
