Identified

As of 15:15 UTC, more than one cluster in us-east1 GCP may experience under min ISR and potentially offline partitions. Some partitions are intermittently unavailable for clients, and other partitions intermittently unavailable for producers. We have identified the issue and are working to resolve it.
