This issue is fully resolved. As of 20:30 UTC, customers can create new private networks as usual, and all networks created during the outage are now functional.

We have resolved the issue for creation of new private networks. Customers should be able to create new networks as usual. We are working on repairing any networks created during the outage.

Identified
We have identified the problem, but customers will still see errors with newly created dedicated private networks in Google Cloud. We believe we should have the problem mitigated by 20:00 UTC. We will update this incident as we know more.

We are experiencing an issue with newly created dedicated private networks in Google Cloud. Existing networks are unaffected. The problems started at 17:44 UTC. We are currently investigating, and will update as we know more.
